SUPER.Blonde Level 9 Powder Lightener is the newest addition to the O&M Lighteners portfolio and is perfect for when you need that extra bit of lift. It works to gently and efficiently lighten hair 1-9 levels and replaces animal keratin with hydrolyzed oat protein, for a 100% vegan formula.
The new and improved dust-free formulation is ideal for darker bases wanting to go platinum. Conditioning agents protect while lifting, leaving the hair feeling incredible. Mix with CØR.color activators to deliver a creamy, smooth consistency which allows for easier application.
The packaging has been upgraded from jars to resealable pouches available in 500g and 1kg.
